Collaboration

As a doula, I believe birth works best when everyone functions as one unified team. I’ve built long-standing relationships with OBs, nurses, and midwives throughout the D/FW area, and collaboratively work to promote clear communication, mutual respect, and shared understanding between providers and clients. By fostering communication between parents and care providers, I will help you create a smoother, empowered, and more connected birth experience.

Advocacy

Advocacy is essential within the birth space. It is vulnerable time. I am here to ensure that your voice is heard and honored! I will support you in understanding your options and encourage you to make informed decisions, present all options, and help you communicate your preferences clearly. My goal is for you to be rooted in education, confidence, clarity, and compassion- never pressured or uncertain.

Connection

Connection is the foundation of the care I provide as a doula. I value genuine relationships built on trust, empathy, and open communication. By taking time to truly know each family — their hopes, values, and unique story — I’m able to offer care that feels personal, meaningful, and rooted in understanding. My desire is for every family to feel seen, supported, and cared for with the love and grace of Christ throughout their journey.

What You Can Expect from the Birth Faith Doula Experience

Prenatal Support & Education

-Extensive prenatal visit/childbirth class covering stages of labor, what to pack in your bag for labor and delivery, benefits and risks of interventions, natural birth, positional changes, comfort measures, various options for labor, and delivery, and options for baby, devising a birth plan, breastfeeding, multiple references for any service surrounding your birth, and more.

-Comprehensive childbirth class is included in your prenatal visit (option to exclude)

-A follow-up phone call or Facetime call finalizing your birth plan, discussing current provider appointments, and answering any final questions before birth.

-Communication from the time the contract is signed up to two weeks after birth.

Labor & Birth Support

-On-call support from 38 weeks through 42 weeks. This does not mean that I will be absent from your birth if you happen to deliver before 38 weeks. It simply means that I will stay in the DFW metroplex during the on-call period. If you happen to deliver before the on-call period, and I happen to be out of town, a trusted backup will be provided for you.

-Continuous physical, emotional, and spiritual support from the time you call me in labor through up to two hours postpartum.

-Skilled assistance with positional changes and comfort measures for pain management.

- Calm, professional communication with your care team, while supporting and advocating for choices in birth and throughout the postpartum period.

-Breastfeeding support through the immediate postpartum period.

-A birth timeline and non-professional photos and videos will also be provided.

Postpartum Connection

- Continued access for questions or encouragement after baby arrives.

-One postpartum visit focused on your physical recovery, emotions, and support for the transition from birth to home.

- Continued breastfeeding support after the immediate postpartum period to the postpartum visit.

-Education on first foods, the gut-brain connection, room set-up, baby wearing, baby soothing, and normal sleep habits.

-Discussing and processing your birth story.

Each family’s needs are beautifully unique and your doula care should reflect that. My doula experience packages ranges from $1,700–$3,000, depending on your specific level of support, location, and the kind of birth experience you envision.

Because your journey is personal, I create a custom package after we connect and talk about your goals. Together, we’ll design the right balance of education, presence, and postpartum support for your family.

Lindsay was truly a gift during one of the most intense and sacred experiences of my life. As our doula for the birth of our first child, she brought a calm, knowledgeable, and steady presence that I didn’t fully realize I needed until she was by my side.

What stood out most was Lindsay’s unwavering support and advocacy. I knew I could trust her completely which I could not say about every other person in my birth team. She lovingly and firmly guided me for every step. She went above and beyond to ensure both my baby and I were safe, supported, and empowered. Lindsay is not only an expert in her field but has also become a dear friend. I cannot recommend her highly enough to any expectant Momma preparing for birth.

Lindsay is an amazing doula! So patient and kind. She was with my husband and I for the better part of my 49 hours of labor. She knew exactly the words I needed to hear every step of the way. She had scriptures prepared and knew every tip and trick in the book. After pushing in the birthing tub and finding out that my son may be stuck, she instructed me into every position possible to try and get him unstuck. Even though we ended in a c-section, I feel at peace knowing that I attempted everything I possibly could to have a successful med-free water birth thanks to Lindsay. She was right there with us in the operation room and the first to help my baby latch for his first nursing session. There were many follow-up calls from her to check in on us. And prior to the labor part, we met with Lindsay several times to get to know her and to take her class to learn some of the techniques. Lindsay is an awesome doula and you won’t be disappointed!

Lindsay was truly the extra support we didn’t know we needed. From our first meeting, she was easy to talk to, comforting, and helped me feel prepared and confident leading up to birth. During labor, her calm presence and incredible hip squeezes were a lifesaver—she has heaven-sent hands! After our first experience, my husband immediately said, “We’re definitely going to need Lindsay again for our next baby.” And we did. She’s now been by our side for the birth of both of our daughters, and we’re so grateful. Lindsay brings warmth, knowledge, and genuine care to everything she does. We can’t recommend her enough!

“Going into our first labor and delivery experience, my husband and I knew we wanted to build a team around us that would not only help guide us through the unknown but also help support our goals of natural child birth. From the first moment we met Lindsay we knew she was the right fit. Not only did she "make sure I was honored and valued" (her promise from the beginning) through the entire journey, she also put my husband at ease and helped him know how to best help me. With the support, guidance and coaching of Lindsay, we had an absolutely beautiful birthing experience. She has become a valued friend and mentor and will be the first one I call when we approach welcoming baby #2.”

We had the joy of partnering with Lindsay for our first birth. My desire was to have an unmedicated birth but in the hospital. If that’s also your hope I 100% recommend Lindsay! She’s a pro at navigating the hospital system while caring for you as you labor. It was a seamless transition from home to hospital with out any regression in my progress. I know without a doubt there is no way I would have been able to have the most beautiful unmedicated birth without Lindsay’s knowledge and guidance throughout my labor. By choosing Lindsay as my doula I know I was giving myself the best support to have the birth I desired. I also had the confidence that if things were not working out the way I had hoped she would be the best resource and guide to make educated and thoughtful decisions. Nothing was going to happen to me- I was in control of my birth with a tenured guide at my side. Even more she was a great encourager of my husband who wanted to be involved. I leaned on him as my comfort and Lindsay as my coach and it was the perfect duo!
